Peregrine Integrative Psychiatry is a private, out-of-network practice providing comprehensive psychiatric care to adults throughout California. Our practice was designed to offer longer appointments, individualized treatment, continuity of care, and the flexibility to make clinical decisions based solely on your needs—not insurance requirements.
Many patients also appreciate the added privacy and discretion that a private-pay practice can provide. We believe that investing in your mental health is an investment in your overall well-being and long-term quality of life.

Insurance & Superbills
Although Peregrine Integrative Psychiatry does not bill insurance directly, many insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits. Upon request, patients will receive a superbill containing the information needed to submit claims directly to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.

The appropriate appointment length will be determined collaboratively based on your clinical needs.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards. A valid credit card is required to be securely maintained on file for all patients.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will always strive to be reasonable and compassionate. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 business hours’ notice are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments, or no-shows, are subject to a $150 no-show fee.
As a courtesy, the first late cancellation or missed appointment for established patients may be waived at the physician’s discretion. Exceptions may also be made in cases of illness, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
